    For clients and visitors

    Users and visitors have access to the parking spaces in the VISITORS or MIXED zones. You must pay the parking fees at the pay station located outside each facility. If you park at the Hôpital de la Cité-de-la-Santé and the Jewish Rehabilitation Hospital, you must pay the parking fees at the pay station inside the building entrance.

    The CISSS de Laval attaches great importance to the accessibility of its facilities for all of its clients. Users with reduced mobility can take an adapted route in the parking lots of the facilities in order to easily reach their destination (or appointment).

    Fees

    As per the circular of the Ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux on revenue-producing activities, fees are charged at the parking lots of all facilities of the Centre intégré de santé et de services sociaux (CISSS) de Laval as of April 1, 2017.

    Note that for the Laval Child and Youth Protection Centre (located at 306 and 310 Cartier Boulevard West), visitors have free access to the parking lot on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
