Overview
We are privileged to have over 100 volunteers who generously contribute to the well-being of our clients and our work environment.
Philosophy
We believe that volunteerism is a precious way of getting the community involved in our institution to improve the quality of care and services on a continuous basis.
Services offered
The services offered by the volunteers are many. Volunteers may, among other things:
- Distribute newspapers and books to clients;
- Distribute fresh water and ice to clients;
- Provide assistance to clients with limited mobility in the cafeteria;
- Provide friendly visits to our clients;
- Accompany and assist clients in recreation activities.
Volunteering
By joining our team, you will help make the Jewish Rehabilitation Hospital a welcoming environment while making new friends. You will have the opportunity to play a significant role complimenting the interventions of our health care professionals. We are convinced that you will find a volunteer activity that will suit your interest.
