    Traumatology Program : TCC - BOG - BM - VBG

    Services

    The program offers intensive functional rehabilitation and rehabilitation focusing on socio-residential, socio-professional, and community integration.

    Clients

    Adults who have experienced trauma that has resulted in:

    • Traumatic brain injury (TCC);
    • Multiple orthopaedic injuries (BOG);
    • Spinal cord injury (BM);
    • Major burns (VBG).

    The person must demonstrate the ability to participate and benefit from a rehabilitation program.

    Location of intervention

    If required, the person with traumatic brain and multiple orthopaedic injuries may be admitted to the hospital. The majority of services are provided on an ambulatory basis. Interventions in the community, the person’s residence or in the workplace can also be provided.
