Services
Intensive rehabilitation services for a better management of a chronic pulmonary disease, limiting the impact of the disease on their ability to perform activities of daily living and improving quality of life.
Clients
Adults with a chronic obstructive, moderate to severe, pulmonary disease, oxygen dependant or not, who are medically stable. The person must have the potential and desire to participate and benefit from a rehabilitation program.
Location of intervention
The person may be admitted to the hospital if their condition requires it or they may receive services on an ambulatory basis.
