    Services

    The program offers physical and functional rehabilitation services to reduce motor impairment related to musculoskeletal disorders.

    Clients

    Adults with musculoskeletal injury such as:

    • Hip or pelvis fracture;
    • Joint replacement of the knee or hip;
    • Post orthopedic surgeries (except hand surgeries);
    • Recent amputation of one or both lower limbs;
    • Rheumatic condition.

    The person must have the potential and desire to participate and benefit from a rehabilitation program.

    Location of intervention

    The person may be admitted to the hospital if their condition requires it or they may receive services on an ambulatory basis.
