Services
The program offers Intensive Functional Rehabilitation (IFR), as well as work, home and community reintegration services.
Clients
Adults who have loss of functional autonomy with motor or cognitive impairment secondary to a neurological disease (other than a stroke or TCC) that impacts on their ability to carry out activities of daily living. The person must have the potential and desire to benefit from the rehabilitation program.
Location of intervention
If required, persons may be admitted to the hospital or services may be provided on an ambulatory basis. Interventions in the community, the person’s residence, in the workplace or elsewhere can also be provided.
