Services

Rehabilitation services focused on socio-residential, socio-community and occupational integration to support young adults in their life plan and social participation in their communities.

Clients

Individuals, 16 years of age or older, who have a physical disability that impacts on their social participation.

Location of Intervention

The services are provided at the JRH of the CISSS of Laval as well as in the community (school, home, work or other).
