Incontinence
After surgery, many men will experience varying degrees of urine leakage. This problem will decrease with time and the recommended exercises. However, some men will experience permanent urine leakage and have to wear incontinence products indefinitely.
If your incontinence persists, you can get a referral to a physiotherapist who specializes in pelvic floor rehabilitation. However, physiotherapy is not recommended before 3 months after your surgery.
